Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return the Pod for any reason. It needs to be in resaleable condition - clean, undamaged, with all attachments and original packaging where possible. Letting your dog try it is fine, chewed or soiled isn't.

Email info@pavero.com.au with your order number to start a return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with instructions. Please don't post anything back before contacting us.

Faulty or damaged: we pay return postage.
Changed your mind: you pay return postage.

Arrived damaged? Photograph it, including the packaging, and email us within 7 days. We'll replace or refund in full and cover postage.

Need to cancel? Orders dispatch within one business day, so email us straight away. If it hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund in full.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
